Hi Ron, I think I’ve lost the plot, as I’ve just read David’s wonderful post on Julias Applen and how clever to slice the apples and use cardamon and saffron but can’t seem to find the box to make a comment. Perhaps there’s a cutoff date on comments? I love the whole idea of how this dish is constructed. I am really looking forward to trying this recipe.
