Don’t skimp on the cheese, that’s what makes it a bit different. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Your Swedish seafood crepes look amazing Ron and would be just the job for a tasty midweek supper for us, so I am bookmarking the recipe! Karen

If you guys ever get over this way there’s even bigger and nicer food halls nearby. In Copenhagen we have a fantastic foodie hall, more to come on that in an upcoming post. If you like crepes (Swedish pancakes) and you like seafood, you’ll love the recipe.

I’m sure I could spend an entire week visiting just the food hall that you’ve described! I love crepes, but I don’t think I’ve ever had one with a seafood filling. Thanks for the idea!

Should you ever make it over this way, I’ll be your personal tour guide to the foodie would of Southern Scandinavia.

I could see myself getting “lost” in the Lunds Saluhall. So much delicious food! They should offer overnight lodgings for tourists like me who over-indulge. And I’m nt talking about the wine! Thanks, too, for sharing your crepes recipe. I do hope to prepare them for myself.

A trip to visit our kids in Washington State and Oregon is not complete unless we hit Pike Place Market at least once. I think you would indeed enjoy Lunds Saluhall.

We’re planning a post on the Cathedral in the coming month that we hope you’ll enjoy. As for Lund University, the old university buildings in the center of town a marvelous. Perhaps I should have Eva (she attended Lund U) take us on a guided tour and we’ll post.
Glad you liked the post and the recipe. Those crepes are very yummy indeed.
As for restaurants in Lund, as expected many are aimed at the student. It appears that Asian is the current favorite. Vietnamese seems to be the coming thing. Pho this and Pho that.

Cheese is likely the ingredient that defines this as Swedish. Most of the Swedish recipes use cheese. Of course, should you like you can omit. If you do use a cheese, use a good melting cheddar with a nice aged flavor.
